The Dallas Titans were unable to generate offense on Friday, falling 4-0 to Texas Elite at McInnish Park.

Texas Elite took an early lead in the first inning when Trent Burgess drove in the game's opening run with a groundout before adding another run in the second on Gerardo Avila's RBI groundout. The visitors added insurance runs late to seal the victory.

Stephen Alexander turned in a solid start for the Titans, allowing two runs—just one earned—on two hits over four innings while striking out two without issuing a walk. William Bush earned the win for Texas Elite after tossing seven scoreless innings, limiting Dallas to three hits while striking out six.

Steely Gill, Bernie Garces, and Korey Gillespie accounted for the Titans' only hits as Dallas was unable to capitalize on five walks against Bush.

Texas Elite managed just five hits of its own, with Trent Burgess, Landon Shaw, William Bush, Jason Thompson, and Drew Haliburton each recording one hit. Burgess, Shaw, and Avila each drove in a run, while Texas Elite backed its pitching staff with an error-free defensive effort to complete the shutout victory.
